swanchikaI discovered Freddy Pharkas : Frontier Pharmacist through the "random" button of a French abandonware site, and... I think I like it. Well, the version I found is just the floppy disk edition, which has no voice acting, but I discovered the English voices thanks to a longplay.
And Madame Ovaree's voice sounded familiar...
Not so surprising when I had the confirmation that it was provided by Susan Silo, who voiced Madame Cazaunoux in Gabriel Knight : Sins of the Fathers. The way she said "Merci" had tipped me off (she pronounces the "r" correctly !).
Well, given that both games were made by the same company and in the same time frame, it is probably less surprising than Michael Dorn's voice work for Winx Club (no, I will probably never get over that).
